My DD will not sleep at night! :(

Any tips on how to get her to sleep for more than 15-30 minute stretch? We co-sleep, but she does have a crib in her own room, also. I'm kinda going bonkers... I need advice!

  • Is it a sudden thing? Teething? Mine would do that while teething or sick. I also had luck with putting DH next to her or me sleeping in another room. When I slept with her she just wanted boobies all the time.

  • How long has thing been going on? Ditto to wondering about teething or some other need. Is she walking yet? DS was a wild man at night right before he started walking. He tends to do that before any big developmental shift. The most recent one led to an explosion of new words and signs.
  • If not illness or teething related, I'd look into food allergies/ intolerances....  We had the same problem until we cut out dairy and then later gluten.
