Commuting: Getting Nauseous Getting off the Train/Change in Temperature

Like my first pregnancy, I am feeling really sick in the mornings when I am hit w/a change in temperature..like getting out of the shower even when the fan is on. It is way worse this time b/c of the heat and it was fall when I was sick last time,so the heat wasn't so bad.  I commute on MetroNorth and when i get off the a/c train onto the hot platform I feel so sick and have a few minute walk before I am in a/c or fresh air.  Anyone else experiencing this? Any advise?

yeah the subway is tough for me...union square especially..it's so hot! I can barely handle it. Just keep water on you at all times and sip even if you aren't thirsty
