Fell off the wagon, oops

Had my second child in November. It's been harder to get in shape this time, very busy, working, two kids. No excuse, I know, but definitely harder!

I had been doing pretty well with diet and exercise, but my period always foils me! I crave salt. Also, this heat has been driving me to enjoy one too many glasses of sauvignon blanc or margaritas on the weekends. And then followed it up with McDonald's yesterday, something I never do, not even when I was pregnant.

Oh, well. Today is another day, right?!

    I let myself have slip-ups occasionally, but then know that it was just that weekend and Monday I'm back on track.  Personally, I think it does me good.

    Don't be hard on yourself about it, just start fresh again today.

    Ditto PP, just let it go and start today fresh. I tend to crave salt, too and I've found that popcorn with some salt on it works for me. I pop it in a popper, so there's no fake butter chemicals or anything. 

    Unfortunately, I don't have a good alternative to the alcohol because I don't drink, but have you tried SkinnyGirl cocktails? I've heard good things about them.
