I have been wearing flip flops because obviously it is summer, but after a day of running around with the baby my feet and legs are killing me because of lack of support. There are four more weeks until I leave my job, and I will be running around with him most days instead of sitting at my desk in heels, so I need to get comfy mom shoes.
I am not a huge fan of the sneakers with jeans looks, but what other options do I have? What do you wear?

Same here, I love my Danskos!
I think my rainbow flip flops are the most comfortable shoe I own, so I'm no help, but my mom has Dansko clogs and she says they're very comfortable.
I also bought some new balance tennis shoes that are more like walking shoes and, therefore, less clunky, and they are very comfortable. I think they go better with regular outfits than running shoes.
I just googled quick and couldn't find them, which stresses me out because I want to buy another pair. But they're similar to this:

With jeans when I don't wear flip flops, I wear my slip-on Sketcher's tennies
or flats. The flats do not have much support though. I do wear my gym shoes with yoga pants during the day a lot though since I go to the gym 4x/wk.
ETA: I do have these flip flops and I know Adidas makes something similar and they are suuuper comfy.
