injection experience?

Quick history: Off BC since december, no regular cycle for 3 months so went to OB. Diagnosed PCOS in March and started with RE. tried 2 cycles with clomid then 1 with femara. still no O so my RE has me starting on injection

Okay I took provera for 10 days to tart a period and now today (CD 3) am starting Gonal-F.  Any experience with this drug?  Side effects? Has anyone had any success at all with ovulating after using it? Thanks!

injects were easier for me to handle than clomid as far as side effects.  sore ovaries, and one random huge cyst that caused me to wait out a cycle were the only real issues.   i ovulated every time, sometimes from multiple follies.

Headaches and nausea, some bruising at injection site. I didn't grow a follie over 16 on my last cycle but this one I had a 22. Hope this helps!!

Wasn't too bad -- and ended up with some nice size follicles (22ish). In my 2ww right now, so I'll let you know how well that worked next week.

I didn't have a bad reaction - just some mild tenderness at the injection spot.

Okay good this is all pretty reassuring. :)

I'm on day 3 of the injection now. Nothing except a bit of nausea. Fingers crossed it actually does what it's supposed to do!
