Is it ok to go tan in a bed 2 weeks PP?

    DON'T DO IT.  It will permenantly tan your scar and make it very very ugly.  Made that mistake with stitches I had on my leg.

    Don't do it.  The scar skin is so sensitive.  It will permanently alter the color of the scar.  If you have to go tanning, cover your scar.

    regardless of the inicision issue tanning beds are NOT good for your skin, why would you want to risk cancer for darker skin?

    This. I had a friend lose his fight with melanoma this week at 31 years old. Please consider a spray tan or tanning lotion if you want to look darker.
