What's your favorite ab workout?

I have finished 30 Day Shred and I am on level 3 of ripped in 30. I have seen a difference in my belly, but I definitely feel like my legs and arms get the majority of the workout in these videos. What do you do to shed mid section fat?? I really like the Jillian Michaels videos, and I am thinking about trying her Six Week Six Pack next!

Also, just adding that I have adjusted my diet already!
