DH got another job offer :)

Most of you will remember that DH lost his job in Dec. He took the first available job as a contract employee in March which lead to full time employment in May but at 20K less than he was making at his last job. Well his new company reallly likes him and has been in salary negotiation talks with him but they were still low balling him for his industry.

He kept applying and last week while I was out of state with the girls he called and said he put in an app and got called for a phone interview the next day. He went in for a group interview on Monday and he felt really confident because they gave him a tour of the entire facility. They called and made him an offer slightly above what he was making previously. He called me and asked if he should take it. I told him to give 2 weeks notice because this may prompt his current employer to further negotiate his pay and that would give them more time to do so. He was calling them back to accept.

I guess we can drop that CS adjustment that never happened- nearly 7 months later! DH had called and checked the status on it last week as well and they were able to "dig out" the fax I had sent of his first W-2 paystub (in May) and told him we should be receiving notification of a court date.
