I am one week two days after csection. I felt like I have been getting stronger, but woke up today extremelly sore. My stomach, back, and surgery site are painful and achy.. Don't know if it's from lack of sleep or muscles just achy from using them more. Is this normal?

Make sure not to over-exert yourself. Doing too much physical activity can cause pain, and can even open your incision up.

Ditto PP.  Even if you feel great this early, do not overdo it.  The effects will hit you like a ton of bricks.

Relax and take it easy.
