Growth spurts

Have you noticed your child's growth spurts follow their actual or adjusted age.  I know it all depends on the kid but just wondering what people have noticed.

Ours have been all over the place.  Most have been in between her actual and adjusted age, but the rest have been super random (sometimes after her adjusted age, sometimes on adjusted age, sometimes on actual age).  General rule of thumb is to expect things closer to adjusted age.

I'm with Boston here!  My DD is all over the place.
