Getting ready to go back....

Before I went on maternity leave my boss told me that I would come back m-f 9-5. I was working weekends before. So I got a sitter for that time. And am getting lo on that schedule. I talk to him today and he wants to change me to 11-7. I said absolutely not. Now he wants 10-6. I know it's only an hour difference but I am so aggravated. I feel like I want to go to hr or something. He just never keeps his word and refuses to out anything I writing because we know he is so flaky. What would anyone else do in this situation?

I work dispatch at a trucking company.
