I'm actually not a fan (gasp!  From a born and bred Pittsburgher).  I did forget to include Isaly's Chipped Chopped Ham and Klondike Bars.

Here in Indiana, we like our fried food. We've got your elephant ears, your breaded pork tenderloin, and we turn that fruit (persimmon) into a fatty, bready pudding.  Our claim to fame of course is corn. Orville Redenbacher originated here too.

I hate all fried foods! So, I don't really fit in well. And I have never had persimmon pudding but I know the pulp is highly sought after and my MIL stock piles it!

Many delicious foods were introduced or popularized during the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. So I'd send donuts, ice cream in waffle cones, iced tea and Dr. Pepper. 

I'd also have to send you a disgusting thin crust pizza with snotty provel cheese and a big delicious plate of toasted ravioli.

Too lazy to pip. But I would send beaver tails, maple syrup (well, of course), fresh strawberries and also also some Ontario peaches.

Or I could go all German on you and send beer and chocolate. Because both suck in North America (ducks and runs out of thread).
