How old was your baby when OS fit?

I don't plan on buying sized diapers.  I am wondering at what age your babies fit into an one size cd.

DD is 7 weeks old, and no sign of them fitting yet for a while... I expect at least another month...maybe more... but she's smaller than average...

It is less about age and more about weight.  My daughter started fitting into OS diapers between 4-6 weeks when she was around 11 pounds.

I think the general census is around 11-12 pounds is when OS really starts fitting.

I began putting my DD in them at 2 weeks and I felt like they fit fine.  We use BumGenius 3.0.  The velcro worked better at that point then snaps did.

DD was 6 weeks old (~10 pounds) when we first started using the OS diapers.  Some didn't fit well until a few weeks later, like BG Elementals (which are our favourites now).

I'm the only person who ever says this, but OS dipes fit my baby right when she came home from the hospital. Se weighed 8 lbs 1 oz at birth and 7#7 when we left the hospital. The diapers were very bulky but worked fine.

My girls were 6 lbs at birth. They fit their OS pockets at 9 weeks and 12 lbs.

Trimmer diapers starting fitting around 10 weeks and 12 lbs.  Bulkier styles started fitting around 12 weeks and 13 lbs.

10lbs over here.  10lbs-12lbs seems to be the norm.  It just depends on the size of your baby's thighs.  If they are "Plumper" they will fit well sooner.

Around 5 months which was about 14 lbs. I have a small baby.

Around 8 weeks, she was about 12-13lbs.

At 3 weeks my Flips, fuzzibuns and BG 4.0 fit her fine.  She was 10 pounds at a month old.

My Alva's still don't fit at 8 weeks and 12ish pounds.

I've got a long time until Ms. B fits in them. She's 9 lbs. 12 oz. this week, but has the smallest butt, hips, and legs ever. She looks like a frog when she's naked. We're one snap bigger than the smallest size in her newborn GMD workhorses. So I bet she won't be in to her OS for a long time.

It depends on the brand. My Softbums are sized using the leg elastic and a toggle to tighten it, so they have fit my newborn from day 1. He's a little peanut too, 6 lbs, 12 oz at birth, 8 lbs, 4 oz now. I don't even have them on the tiniest setting and I've had no leaks that I can't chalk up to user error. I love them!

Depends on the brand. At 2.5 months and 12+ pounds, some still don't fit. Others have fit from almost the beginning (7lbs 3 oz). Every brand seems so different.

I started using them around 4 weeks and 8lbs, but had a few leaks. He is 8 weeks now and 10.5lbs, they fit much better now but still have occasional leaks when DH changes him.
