FMLA Vent

Sorry, I know I don't post very often but I just have to vent about how f-ing annoying the company FMLA Source is. My employer contracted with them to handle all FMLA leave requests, about 2 years ago, and so I went through the process to get it all started, had my OB fill out a form and he had to fax it in himself .

Just got FMLA Source's Leave Decision Letter: Fving DENIED. 

Idiots. It's their goddam form that sucks. Their e-mail included a scanned PDF of what my OB faxed in (I hadn't seen it) and he filled it out incorrectly, and/or with missing information, and I'm not at all surprised because the form SUCKS. I was confused about it when I dropped it off at my OB's office, but figured maybe they have more experience doing these things than me and could interpret it correctly. 

Argh! I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with an FMLA Source person trying to understand what EXACTLY my OB needs to do to get this thing done right. 

Let me add, I'm an easy case/patient. I plan to work up until I go into labor and I am not on bedrest, so it's not like he was trying to get me covered prior to leave or something like that. I'm not a complicated case, so why the hell does it have to be so damn difficult? Because their form SUCKS! I made sure to tell the guy to note in my file about the content of this call and that the form was confusing to me and even my OB couldn't get it right, so maybe it needs some tweaking. I'm mean, it's not like this is my first time filing for FMLA either (both girls maternity leaves were approved before my employer contracted with them). C'mon people!   FMLA Source guy said to just have my OB re-send it with the missing info/ correct boxes checked and it should get approved no problem, but still, the freakin hassle of all of this is stressful and annoying.
