Lightheaded during contractions???

I've been sitting here at work, having some contractions and I keep getting lightheaded/headache and slightly nauseated.  Anybody else have this same feeling? Not sure if I should call the office and ask or just try to stick it out.

hmm, I'll feel winded - almost like "lightheaded" but not in my head, in my torso area

being lightheaded and headachey can be blood-pressure related

maybe just call - and if happens to be nothing then no worries!

When my contractions were pretty intense (especially during my transition phase) I thought I was going to pass out...I was dealing with them as I checked into the hospital.  I really regretted not having a wheelchair.  I was incredibly lightheaded and dizzy....
