Update: Beta Results In
I wasn't trying to hide anything yesterday - honest. I'm just so nervous that this isn't real, or will turn out to be a chemical, or that I'll be stuck in beta hell, or that my DH and I are just plain delusional - seeing faint lines where there aren't any - that I had no confidence to create a new post. Even today, I wanted to wait until I got results, but I'm just about crawling out of my skin with nerves, and being at work with a bunch of men right now sucks.
So, I'm bringing you all along for the wait for results.
UPDATE: Exactly as I feared, it's a low positive at 21. The RE said to be cautiously optimistic. Somehow that makes me incredibly pessimistic, and facing several more days of torture since I don't go for another beta until Mon.
I HATE IF.
Me: 36, DH: 42
Dx: DOR and MFI
DH: low count + very low motility; hormones all normal; Sperm DNA Frag. test = poor to fair; male karyotyping normal
Me: FSH 13.4 + AMH 0.26 + hypothyroidism; Scratch the hypothyrodism (?); Blood clotting and immune panel all negative; endometrial biopsy normal
IVF #1 (MDLF - Jul/Aug 2011): BFN (9R, 5M, 3F with ICSI, 3dt of 1 10-cell grade 2, no frosties)
IVF #2 (EP-antagonist - Sep/Oct 2011): BFN (6R, 4M, 3F w/ ICSI, 3dt of 1 6-cell, 1 7-cell, grade 4s, no frosties)
DE IVF #1 (shared cycle - June 2012): c/p (6R, 6F w/ICSI, 3dt 1 8-cell grade A- and 1 7-cell grade A-; no frosties)
DE IVF #2 (shared cycle with new donor - Nov/Dec/ 2012): - BFP!!!!! 12/14/12. U/S on 12/27 shows twins!!!!!

And I am up with my new insomnia, worrying about my 4th beta today. So I am along for the nerves ride with you, girlfriend.
I am feeling really positive for you - and the worry is totally normal. Hang in there!

You are only 11 days out from a 3dt. My clinic didn't let me have a beta until 12dp5dt. So I have a lot of hope for you here, even though I know that doesn't help. I will keep my fingers crossed. Hang in there.
That number seems appropriate considering you just starting getting a faint positive yesterday! I know it's hard to remember but honestly, this could be a great start. You are so early!
The wait is a killer but I have high hopes for you. Oh man, I hope you find some things to take your mind off of this over the week-end, but I know if you are anything like me, you will be waiting and POAS'ing. We are here for you if you need to vent!

Having just gone through this, I can honestly say that if you can get to a point where you can say to yourself "there is nothing more I can do to change the outcome" you can then just enjoy the moment and the being pregnant.
There are so many stories of women our age starting out with lower and slower number climbs-- and they have beautiful babies now or are days from their due dates.
Your number is higher than mine were, and my RE wasn't terribly concerned with my numbers. So I would say hang in there and try to just enjoy that you've got real hope!
(I realize that we can never control how we feel. But I really hope you can enjoy your weekend, even with the beta hanging over you.)

I completely agree with Coop. You are really "only" 14DPO so I am going to be very hopeful for you. Waiting will be the worst and I hate that you have to endure that after everything else you'd endured. Hang in there and T&P's that you will get good news on the next beta:-)

Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

FET 9/6, transferred 1 F embie. Beta 9/15 BFN. FET#2 planned for 11/2012 put off until 2013. Surprise BFP 11/21/12!! My son was born on 7/24/13!
