I don't know who posted about spraying their LOs room with monster spray before they went to sleep, but thank you , thank you, thank you!! DD mentioned she was scared of the shadows in her room, so we got the Febreeze and sprayed all the shadows. I also took out her nightlight because she said it was making scary shadows on the ceiling. We had a MUCH better night last night, so thank you again!

LOL my pedi recommended this to me awhile back when DD kept saying she was having nightmares (I think I posted about it on here once but not sure if I'm the person you're referring to). I'm glad that it worked for you- my DS has been talking about shadows lately too & MH wants to put MORE nightlights in and I'm like uhhhh it is the nightlight causing the shadows so I'm not sure if that will work. But I like spraying the shadows! I have 'shooed' the nightmares out of DD's room before, like run around the room with arms out saying, goodbye nightmares, out the door, go go go, go to someone else's house! (that's probably not very nice. haha.) She seemed to like it.
