Small red dots on heels - UPDATE

I took DD to the ped. this AM and it's the coxsackie virus.  She has a mild case and the only other thing there were lesions in the throat that he said were healing, so she's had it for a while.  I hope that's where the grumpiness came from and that it goes away.
