Pain behind scar in subsequent pregnancy

I'm current,y 14 weeks after 2 cesareans. The last was about 19 1/2 months ago. 

I woke up in the middle of the night with a dull pain directly behind my scar. It's still there, I used my Doppler and baby's heartbeat is in the same area. I never experienced pain like this in my last pregnancy.

Has anyone felt this?  My doctors office won't open for another 45 minutes and I will be calling as soon as they do, I'm just really anxious about what it could be.

Could be from the old scar tissue - that stuff is not elastic and hates being stretched out. You have to consider that you have not only the abdominal scar (that you can see) but internal scar tissue as well, on your uterus and such. I have had pain in my previous scars. But if it makes you feel better, I would call my doctor to be sure.

I only had 1 cs but a good friend of mine is now prego with her 2nd after a cs. She just had some cramping and pain about 12-13 weeks and went to see a doc at the hospital. they did a thoutough exam with u/s etc and concluded it was just the scar tissue readjusting itself to the new situation. all was fine with the baby. yours minght be the same.

My doctor is leaning towards scar tissue too.  Oh so fun!

Yes, I had that throughout my second pregnancy. OB said it was normal.
