My LO will be 2 on June 29th. Sometimes he seems ready to pt, but other times he doesn't . The other day he said, "Diaper change". I took this for meaning he was ready. My mil bought a potty for him, but he doesn't really wanna sit on it.  Any tips?

My daughter refused to go on it until I printed off a chart and told her she could put a sticker on every time she goes on the "Potty Train." Just try to make it fun for him.

Right before DS turned 2, I thought he was showing some signs, same as your DS. We got him a potty seat and just tried to get him used to it. Then, we started putting him on it in the morning and at night. We kind of eased into it until he started at his current daycare, where they were on board with being as consistent too. Now, he's been in underwear (no pull-ups) for 2 weeks, and is doing pretty well, even with some accidents. I think consistency and making it seem like fun are key.
