I live about a half hour away from Detroit... We'll be moving further away once I finish school next year. 

I'm about a half hour outside Detroit also, to the northeast. We'd like to move further away also, but I work closer to the city and DH works 45min north of where we live; there's no happy medium...one of us will always have to drive far regardless of where we move.

We are right there with you, with the heat. 106 here today too. It has been over 100 for 3 weeks now, last week it hit 114 on Wednesday

Baby does NOT like the heat and actually has a heat rash. But it doesnt get below 100 again until around September

Im just now revisiting this thread/post. We should plan something. I'd love to meet some other February moms/ babies.  Lsquared, where did you go to high school? I went to Milton.
