BG 4.0 for fuzzibunz trade?

Is trading a BG 4.0 for a fuzzibunz a fair trade?  I have 3 fuzzibunz (they unfortunately have writing on the butt from some sale I bought them from) that don't fit my LO very good ,and I don't like stuffing them.  I want more BG 4.0's but didn't know if trying to trade one for the other would work.  I have been using them for 4 weeks so they are in great condition.
