Need carrier for FI

I need to find a carrier for my FI. He has broad shoulders and chest, and LO doesn't like when he carriers her. I think it's uncomfortable for her. We have a Mei Tai Kozy and Baby Hawk. Any suggestions for a carrier that is a reasonable price ($50-$75)?

Is he carrying on the front or back? I'd try a few different carries with the Mei Tai before I bought a new carrier - she might be more comfy on his back or even a high back carry if he's a big guy.

I'm wondering if it's more him needing to relax a bit more than the carrier.  If he tenses up because he thinks she's going to be fussy, it might be adding to the issue.
