My BFF when I was younger had a playhouse similar to that (not 2 levels, though!). It was the coolest thing in the world. They had electricity and everything in it. I was so jealous. You should definitely get it for your DD.

See, the way that works in my house is:

1. Find cool play house for DD that is a little on the expensive side

2. Discuss with husband

3. Husband blows a gasket, claims he can do it for SO MUCH cheaper

4. Husband makes play house that ends up looking like this...

5. I buy the original play house....so we're out $$$ + $ for his mess up
