4- Bottle, boob, or sippee cup? straw or spout? Bottle. Jack will drink water or juice out of a sippee if it has a straw, but they absolutely refuse to drink milk out of anything but a bottle.

5- does LO use hands or fork?  Both.  She loves using utensils but often times hands are quicker and easier.  Then she gets mad...such a little lady.
