  • Just remember that she wont remember it!!! :)
  • This is the easy stage to get shots at.  I had to literally hold down my two-year-old to get her most recent shot while she screamed the whole time.

During the first year they don't even squirm...

  • I am curious why so many? And what is different in Canada, because my older DD never had more than 3 shots at a time. And it will be the same this time around.

I was wrong, it was 3 shots plus oral... Don't feel like getting up to see what they were lol. It wasn't so bad, we popped a bottle in her mouth as soon as they were done and it calmed her right down.

  • Poor baby...  As a mommy, it's so hard to watch your baby cry in pain...

& when people tell you 'Oh, they don't even remember it'...  That makes me mad.  Old people with Dementia in a retirement home don't remember when you beat them, but does that make it right?  No.

Just because a baby can't remember doesn't make it any easier on the person who loves them who has to watch.

  • no worries. I was just curious what was different in the States compared to here. I had assumed it was all the same.
