Hemp prep?

I only have two hemp inserts. Can I boil them to prep them or do I need to put them in the washer? Also, can I prep them with my cotton prefolds or do I have to prep them separately?

I boil to prep all of my hemp inserts. Put a pot on the stove, boil for 20 minutes, then I do a light wash with detergent...then they are ready to go. And yes you can prep them with cotton...natural fibers need to be prepped and should be fine when prepped together. If anything has snaps however, they can not be boiled and will need to be washed 5-6 times in hot water and rinsed throughly between washes.

As long as they don't have snaps or elastic, boil those suckers.

Great!  I didn't want to have to wash just the hemp inserts by themselves.  Thanks for the help!
