Thanks for the STTN advice!

I just wanted to post thanking everyone who resonded to my STTN post.  An update, we did CIO.  It took one night and for the last week she has gone to sleep at 8pm and up at 7:30am.  Fingers crossed that we have suceeded!

    Yay!  That's great news.  It only took one night for DD as well once she was really ready.  Enjoy the sleep!

    martacoroline, I see your little one is only a month old so I don't know if I'm the best person to give advice.  Our LO slept throught the night month 3-4 and then was up 3-4 times a night up until she was 8 months, then she was up 2-3 times a night.  At 11 -13 months she was up once a night and we just have done CIO and she is sleeping throught the night now.  I just did what felt right, which for me was to go to her when she needed me and she picked when she would get up. I found posting on this board and the month we were in boards to be helpful, and would try things suggested, but found it very comforting to know there were others in the same boat as me.  Good luck with your little one and congratulations.
