Cookie Dough Craving?

Just came across this link on pinterest - eggless cookie dough for eating (not baking!)

I am so sorry I haven't shared this before now- but you can buy pasteurized eggs at the grocery store that are safe to eat raw! The brand they have at Harris Teeter is called "Safe Eggs", and they have a P printed on each egg. They're more expensive than regular eggs, and the whites won't whip up the same, but as far as for baking cookies, or poached eggs, they are the bomb! Had some cookie dough myself last night

I just found that this out not to long ago.  A local restaurant by me sells cookie dough made with pasteurized eggs. They state right on the package you can make cookies with it or eat it raw. I bought a tub and yummmmmmy, I was in heaven.
