I just went for my 2nd US w/fertility doctor, and he stated the growth measured 6 wks and HR was around 100. (I am supposed to be at 7 weeks, based on IUI and trigger shot dates) He jumped quickly to the conclusion that this pregnancy will result in a miscarriage. I researched online and noted that normal range was 90-110 per/min. I am going for a second opinion Monday with my OB, his quick judgement and request to cancel my OB appt. immediately concerned me. He may be right, but a second opinion will ease my mind regardless of the outcome.
I am curious as to what everyone else's HR's have been around the 7 wk mark. I would appreciate some feedback.
Thanks!

I think 120 or close to that. I'd go for a second opinion.
Who was the RE?
I would rather not mention RE's name. I don't want to give a bad rap. The OB appt yesterday also showed smaller growth and slow HR. We are checking HCG to see if there is a decline or not. Again, something the RE should have been checking to backup his prognosis on my pregnancy. They had been checking my Progesterone, not sure why HCG has not been checked continuously, instead of just twice early on.

Thank you! I had HCG levels checked and they are still rising...but not doubling every 48 hrs as the textbook says. Still playing the waiting game, and I am not giving up hope
