I'm not a Chris Brown fan but I'm watching a music channel and they show pictures of the singers. They showed this. I was like WTF?

I get celebs tend to wear "different" crap but who would even MAKE this>

I'm pretty shocked to see him making music again. After that whole beating Rihanna thing he went underground.
