Are things starting to progress?

Went to the Dr. yesterday for my 39 week exam, during the internal check he said I was between 1-2 and then I believe he did a strip, he didn't tell me what he was doing, but I'm positive thats what happened.  Later that afternoon, I had reddish brown discharge and cramping, today, lost what I believe to be my whole mucus plug and have had cramping this afternoon.  If baby doesn't come by Tuesday (due date) they are going to schedule my induction...anyone think I may have a baby by the end of the weekend??  Hope so :)

    So not trying to be a Debbie Downer but I went through all the signs for about a week and dead-serious, stop-and-lean-over-a-table-panting contractions for about 3 days before I was induced.

    BUT! I was dialating really slowly even on a high dose of pit, so maybe your body will put up less of a stink! Good luck :)
