Mommy support group in Cy-Fair?

Can anyone recommend or know of a support group for first time mothers? I am a new mother of a 4wk old and would like to find a support group nearby to get feedback of other mothers out there. I'm in the Copperfield area.

    Hello

    i dont know of any specific groups.  Have you looked in the neighborhood news letters, they have clubs listed in there for Moms.  Im also in the Copperfield area.

    Sorry I am late. I just saw this...I am in a MOPS group that meets very close to you. It's a wonderful, supportive group of moms. We meet at a church every other Monday during the school year, do crafts, listen to speakers, and we have a lot of outings (with and without kids). If you are interested in something like this, send me a PM...and let me know you did because I always forget to check!

    If you are unfamiliar with MOPS, you can look up MOPS International online. Each group is different, so if you are interested, I will be happy to tell you more about our group. Another mom asked a very similar question on here last summer, and now she is a very happy, active member of our group. We always marvel at how the Internet can connect people.
