FBI Phone Number

I may be making this up, but when I first started lurking a few month back, it seems like someone had posted a phone number where you can call and check on the status of your FBI clearances. I can't find the post, and google wasn't helpful. If anyone has that number/webaddress and would be willing to share, I would really appreciate it! 

I know it can take up to 10 weeks (it's been 8), but I'm getting antsy over here! I had to redo my state print card last week, because they said my prints were "rolled incorrectly" and I'm so afraid the FBI won't accept them either :-(

Update: I called and they said the prints went through, and everything is scheduled to be mailed out Monday!! Maybe we will finally be finished with all of this paperwork soon (*sigh)
