Cincinnati/Northern KY ladies

I know  there are quite a few of you on this board (even though its a ghost town).  I am moving to your area on Monday.  WOOT WOOT.

I need OBGYN recommendations and RE recommendations. I want an OBGYN that is open to VBACs even though I am not sure yet if I want to pursue one.  Also with the RE how long did it take you to get in?  I want to cycle in November so I need to figure out how far in advance I need to meet with them to start testing all over again.

    I'm probably a little further north than you'd want recs for....but good luck with your move!
    1 chemical and 1 loss at 9 weeks prior to DS
    IVF #1 1/10-transfered 2 blasts- DS born 10/2010

    Trying for # 2 since 2012.  2 failed FETS 1 failed IUI.
    IUI#2 4/14/14-- BFP !!!!! Beta #1 14dpiui= 45 Beta #2 16dpiui= 80  Beta #3 18dpiui= 88 (chemical pregnancy)
    March 2015- Chemical pg

    1/25/16- BFP  Beta1 12dpo = 17, Beta 2 14 dpo = 28.. resulted in one beautiful boy born 9/21/16 :)

    Now I'm a stay at home loving life and pursuing my love of photography!!!

    I cycled with Dr. Burwinkel at IRH in Cincinnati.  The other 2 doctors in that practice are wonderful too!   https://www.cincinnatifertility.com/  and their fb page https://www.facebook.com/CincinnatiFertility

    I don't have a OBGYN rec because I also live further north.  Good luck in November!

    I saw Dr. Scheiber at IRH.  He's great!  I only saw Dr. Awadalla once for a monitoring appt but he is great also.  Dr. Burwinkel wasn't there when I was TTC DS. 

    My OB/GYN is Dr. Fitzgerald at Mt. Auburn Obstetrics and Gynecology.  I didn't see him for my pregnancy but their office is great and I like him a lot.  They are affiliated with Christ Hospital which is a great hospital (they are in the medical office building right next to the hospital).

    Me (32) Dx PCOS, DH (32) SA = Normal/mild morph issues
    TTC#5 July 2017 - 3rd cycle TTC = BFP on 11/12/17 at 9dpo Beta #1 = 96 at 13dpo - Beta #2 = 207 at 15dpo
    TTC#1  starting Nov. 2009
    3 rounds of Clomid + TI and 3 rounds of 7.5 mg Femara + IUI before our BFP on 11/8/10 at 12dpiui
    TTC #2 3rd cycle of Femara 7.5mg+Ovidrel+TI = 4 follies = BFP on 10/12/12 
    TTC#3 July 2014 - Metformin +TI = BFP at 9dpo - Twins, one baby lost at 5.5 weeks 
    Macy Annabelle born at 37w4d on 4/29/15.  Diagnosed with Cri du Chat and passed away on 6/6/15.  Forever in our hearts.
    TTC#4 3rd cycle of Metformin + Femara 7.5mg+Ovidrel+TI = 3 follies = BFP on 12/24/16

    IRH is great!! Awadalla did my IVF and I got my DD. I saw all 3 RE's though, you can't go wrong with any of them. I go to For Women and there are 8 OB/GYNs in the practice. Not sure if they do VBAC's, you probably would have to call and ask. But I love them! Kessler and Rinala are my favorite doctors. Good luck!

     ETA: I think it took me about 2 weeks to get an appt. I was on a waiting list and there was a cancellation.

    another IRH fan here, I love, love Dr. Schieber, he has the best bed side manner of any doctor I have gone too.

     I see Dr. Gerwe as my Ob at https://www.obgynnky.com/practice.php .

    But I see the MFM of tri-state maternal fetal medicine doctors at Good Sam.

    I was just lurking and SO happy to find out many of successful ladies on this board were going to IRH! 

    I currently have Dr. Sheiber and am in 2WW.  I wish I could fast forward this dreadful long 2WW!!!

    Mar-Apr-May/12: All 3 IUI (w/ Femara) - BFN

    May/12 IVF journey in the works...
    IVF #1 w/ ICSI #1 (Gonal, Menopur & Ganirelix)
    5/29-6/18: BCP, 6/21-6/27: Stim, 6/30: ER
    7/5: ET 2 5-days blastocysts are transferred, none made to freeze :(
    7/17: Beta #1 - 616!!, 7/23: Beta #2 - 6818
    8/2: u/s #1 - a healthy seahorse found & one empty sac, 8/16: u/s #2 - one peanut! HB @ 180
