Transfer complete

We transferred two great blasts today, and will freeze some today and some more tomorrow. Of course it'll be successful because I was rocking some awesomely lucky socks courtesy of Babystinkbreath :) I'd PIP them, but I'm in a hotel and apparently can't tinypic from my iPad, but trust me, they're fantastic. Settling in for some lounging now....

    That's great news! I can't wait to hear how many frosties you have. I am still amazed at how many you had. The donor's ovaries must hurt a lot, LOL!!  Wishing you lots of luck:-)

    How exciting!  I hope they're snuggling in for a long ride.  
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo

    Do you live far from SDFC? Should I be getting a hotel in SD? We are going to Palm Springs on Sat to a timeshare and were going to come back to SD the night before transfer, but drive back to Palm Springs after ET.

    We're two hours away, which not too far, but the DH didn't feel comfortable making the trek back immediately after transfer. So we just turned this into an embryo transfer/anniversary getaway. I think you're good to return to PS after transfer, especially as the clinic doesn't even recommend bed rest. Just tell the hubby to cool it on the speed bumps, as I already lectured mine ;)

    Well have a fun anni weekend! Happy anni too! I feel better knowing they don't require the bed rest. I was nervous about flying the next day.
