A few days ago Dixon (19 months old) decided to start using the potty.  Though I wasn't planning on that or really prepared for it, we went with it.  He is on day five and doing great!  A few accidents here and there, and a couple full days without any!!  He is still in a diaper for night time because I don't want to traumatize his sleep in any way.  We also just moved for the crib+my bed to a big boy bed that I can join him in if need be, and I don't want it to have a negative association.  He'll be off to college before I know it!
