39 weeks pregnant and EXTREMELY hot

I am 39 weeks with my second son.  It is extremely hot where I live right now and I, of course, am hot when I am out and about but the last couple of days I am broiling in my air conditioned house.  Just absolutely sweating and miserable in a 70 degree house.  It doesn't matter what I do.  Even just sitting watching TV I am on fire.  This never happened with my first pregnancy.  I mean I was warmer than usual but not sickeningly hot like this.  Anyone else experienced this?  It is a symptom of a problem or just another joy of pregnancy?  Thanks!!!

I think it's just another joy of pregnancy.  I get that way - but only at night.  When pregnant with my first I was also extremely hot all the time.

I felt that way even when I was in air conditioning at work.  It actually seems to have gone away in the last week or so even though it is really hot in Boston where I live.  I think this is a normal pregnancy symptom.

I've been taking multiple cold showers a day including wetting my hair and not drying it.  I contemplating moving a kiddie pool into the family room so I could sit in it and watch tv.  We have A/C and it's 100 degrees outside.  But it's 70 inside.  I turn it down to 68 at night and I sleep in my underware.  Actually after the kids go to bed I hang out in my underware . . .  oh and I eat a lot of cold things.

32 weeks tomorrow and so hot and toasty all the time for weeks now. Our AC is currently on 63 and I still feel warm! Everyone else in my house has icicles hanging from their noses, visitors need to bring winter clothes and my cat is sneezing and I just can't get cool enough!

Another one of the joyful pregnancy moments I have a little osculating fan that I have sitting by me at all times. We are in a crazy hot area too and I feel like I am roasting. My poor family thinks I am nuts because I have the air on 70 but I completely understand.
