The only thing I can eat now from subway is a turkey sub with mayo, pickles, cucumbers and banana peppers... heated, sometimes with cheese (provolone) sometimes without.
Previously, I'd get a turkey sub (no cheese!) with spinach, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, green peppers and mayo... sometimes mustard.

I get the Italian BMT on herb & cheese bread with spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapenos, banana peppers, olives, oil & vinegar and a little bit of ranch.
I tried the cold cut combo last time and couldn't finish it because it was so nasty... I wouldn't recommend that one! Now I'm sure someone is going to chime in and say it's their favorite
My classic favorite is the cold cut trio! I put a strip of spicy mustard and ranch on it.
My newer favorite is the chicken pizziola melt. It not on the menu anymore but it's so yummy! It's chicken, pepperoni, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I have them out tomatoes on it before toasting because I love warm cooked tomatoes. Then I only put ranch on it. It's the best!
Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Pickles, Salt, Pepper, oregano, Oil and Vinegar.
YUMMMMMM

What do you like? Turkey? Chicken?
Lol I just read your post! My mom always got me the cold cut trio when I was a kid so it's always been a favorite of mine

That sounds delicious. Can I just walk in and ask for the chicken pizziola melt, or do I have to tell them what's on it? I guess I know where I'm going for lunch.

The one by my house knows what I'm talking about but you may have to tell them. I think it's basically the pizza sub with chicken.
I always get a veggie delite on wheat with every veggie except onions & jalapenos.. extra black olives, extra extra pepperoncinis! Light mayo, tiny bit of mustard with a little bit of oil and vinegar and black pepper!
I like the veggie with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickels and banana peppers. Plus cheese and mustard. I then get some sort of chip (if I am especially bad it is Doritos!) and stick them in it!
I can barely eat meat at all since getting pregnant so this has been my go to.....
I'm a vegetarian, so I always get a veggie delight on wheat with lettuce, tomotoes, pickles, onions, black olives, cucumbers, honey mustard and swiss cheese- toasted. Sooooo good! Ugh! I'm craving it now!
Sweet onion chicken teriyaki on whole wheat with cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapenos, extra pickles, mayo, and extra sweet onion sauce. Every time.
I can't eat Subway since reading this: (from THIS website)
"So outside of the nine grains, how many ingredients does Subway use to
keep this bread together? Sixteen, including such far-from-simple
ingredients as DATEM, sodium steroyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, and
azodiacarbonamide. But here's one that's a little unnerving: ammonium
sulfate. This compound is loaded with nitrogen, which is why it's most
common use is as fertilizer. You might have used it to nourish your
plants at home. And Subway does the same thing; the ammonium sulfate
nourishes the yeast and helps the bread turn brown. What, did you think
that dark hue was the result of whole grains? Hardly. It's a combination
of the ammonium sulfate and the caramel coloring. Seems like Jarod
might frown on that sort of subterfuge."
I always get Oven Roasted Chicken on flatbread. Lettuce, light pickles, green pepper, and sometimes tomato. I like to mix up the dressing, so it can change from mayo to honey mustard to ranch or sweet onion sauce!
Footlong spicy italian on italian herb and cheese bread. Cold, with provolone, lettuce, onions, x-xtra-xtra hots, salt, pepper, oregano, chipotle sauce and cucumbers if they have them. Yum...

I love the roasted chicken with provolone, brown mustard, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, and black olives. It's good with avocado on it, too.
I also love the meatball sub but I don't get that very often.

My favorite too!!! ... usually. Since being pg, chicken makes me nauseated. Also typically like Meatball Sub, or just regular ham!
OMG, I want Subway EVERYDAY! I get the same sandwich everytime:
Roasted Chicken on wheat with American cheese, toasted with: Spinach, onions, jalapenos and mayo.
Simple, strong, and delicious.
now i know what i want for lunch haha...
buffalo chicken toasted on flatbread w/ jalapenos, tomato, lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers and a little bit of ranch
oh baby. this kid is going to love spicy foods.
and i may need to follow up with some peach rings.
I love their tuna too! And I put pickles on it. YUM.
I like the Subway melt too--I think it is turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese, either microwaved or put in the oven.
Some places have a taco sub too, which is really good. The two Subways in my town don't have it though.
Mine is kinda messy, but so yummy, and NOT healthy!
Roast beef on wheat with Provolone and pepper jack, lettuce, bell pepper, black olives (extra), ranch (alot) pepper and Parmesan.
You're a woman after my own heart! Nobody understands my obsession with their tuna with pickles on it!
To the OP -- I also get the subway melt and put tomatoes and ranch dressing on it!
Or just plain old turkey, both with lots of veggies and cheddar

Turkey on honey wheat with mayo, mustard, american cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, olives, banana pepper, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. Yum!
Now I want Subway!!
