anyone else have symptoms coming and going?

I'm 7 weeks and had nausea and exhaustion like crazy the past couple weeks. The past couple days, though, I've felt amazing, no nausea or exhaustion really.  As much as the nausea sucks, it's the only thing that actually makes me feel pregnant!

I have my first U/S next week, and I keep worrying that something is wrong because I'm not feeling the same. Anyone else felt like this?  Thanks!

I have two symptoms and they come around occasionally but not often lol

Yes. I sometime feel very bloated and have sore bbs and other days, nothing at all! I still don't know how far along, but I am really wanting some other signs so I too can feel pregnant! lol I bet other women are thinking we are blessed and should be thankful. My first u/s isn't for another week and a half. I just want to know everything is progressing as it should be.

Yup. For me it's the girls and cramping. It will come and go. I'm sure you're fine though. Probably fluctuations in hormones.

I haven't had any m/s but today for the first time I am feeling queasy. I ate a wheat english muffin with peanut butter and it is kind of rollig in my stomach.

I'll have maybe 1 day a week (on average) where I really don't feel well, the rest of the time I have very few symptoms. I've had two u/s so far and both were great so I'm happy feeling fine!

Yes. I've had cramping that comes and goes, sometimes nauseated and pukey, other times ravenously hungry.

Me! I've been nauseous off and on (more off), but the last couple days I've been super tired...especially late afternoon.  Other than that, I feel really well. (And watch me jinx myself with that...lol.)

I'm so glad you said that...I'm 5-6 weeks along and just had it confirmed by the dr. 2 days ago. I had been in a constant state of nausea and been fatigued, headaches, etc. Now today I feel great!! I have been worried all day. I have tried so long to get pregnant and was told it was not possible so this is my miracle baby and I'm just worried I feel to good...lol!!
