Hello,

My husband and I recently lost our son Colter at 36 weeks due to a cord accident. We went in for an emergency ultrasound due to lack of movement and there was no heartbeat. I was induced and labored for 2 days prior to delivery. He was so beautiful. It has been just over three weeks since we lost him. I had my first pp appointment this week and the hardest part was going into the office and seeing all of the other expectant moms. It was so heartbreaking.

I am so glad that I found this board. It seems to help knowing that there are other families that are surviving this.

I'm so very sorry for the loss of your precious son Colter.  I'm sad that you're joining us, but welcome to the board.  When we lost Eliott, I found a lot of comfort in knowing that I (sadly) was not alone and that others had gone through similar experiences and survived.  I hope you find support here.

I am so very sorry for the loss of your son, Colter. I lost my daughter at 37 weeks due to a cord accident. I hope that you find comfort with the ladies on this board. We all have different circumstances, but we all know what it is like to lose a child.

I'm sorry you had to go in today and see all of the other expectant mamas, that would be really tough for me as well.
