i need some new advice..

ok my little one is now 7wks old and is haveing constipation problems. i have made this a concern the last 3 weeks w her docter till she ended up going to the er pver the weekend pooping out half size golf ball terd... she wants her on this formula i can barley pronounce made be enfamil, but she is always throwing up and crying all the time and it doesnt help w the constipation so she went to gerber soy helps her to not throw up ,she isnt fussy anymore she has pooped hard poops. spoke with her doctor and wants her on a goats milk based formula.  before going this lengh i have tried the extra water the karo water mix  2ounces of juice a day and this kid just doesnt poop...im the mom praying she poops and is extremly happy when she does  have even tried the leg pumps...any other ideas because this last month has been hell trying to find a formula that will not make her throw up or constipate her

So your pediatrician wants her on Nutramigen? Have you made the switch as suggested?

yes.  she is cranky 24/7 and throws up constantly on that formula

How long did you use it? It takes their system a while to adjust.

her docter said a week and switching to a goats milk based formula..on gerber soy now and she is alot less fussy able to sleep and not throw up constipation is her issue and i think its a got to do something with a milk allergy of some sorts but her dr says she is to young so im asking for new ideas on what to do as far as formula or any other tips
