Water in my town is horrid as is so drinking it is awful. I try to drink it really really cold and on occasion I add flavor packets. My doctor told me in moderation I should be safe to use crystal light.

I am a SLP who recommends to almost all of my clients (voice disorders) to drink more water and be better hydrated for a better voice. Most times, those clients that have the hardest time getting their daily intake of recommended water, do the best when trying flavored water like propel or something like that. I'm not sure what is in there though, I drink plain water, you may want to check the ingredients to make sure there isn't aspartame or something in it.

I notice that when I would drink a ton of water all at once, I had the same problem. I'm constantly thirsty, so it's hard, but sipping helps. Also, this may sound weird, but I was having a harder time with water that was super cold, so I tried warmer water and it helped. I would say just play around with it. Also, my OB said to eat something with protein every 1-3 hours to help with nausea.
