Thanks ladies. I sort of have an idea whats going on but I am not 100% sure. My main doctor said that it is a nodule that is growing at a rapid rate. But the PA said he believes it is a partially calcified nodule.
They want to biopsy it but they wont because of its location. I dont really understand much of anything they told me honestly. I am trying to stay away from Dr.Google because that usually gives the worst case scenerio.
So now I am on a waiting list to see a specialist to try to find out what is going on... But we are trying to get the case transferred to under Hs insurance because the VA is now charging $50 for each visit(which adds up fast). I didnt know they were doing that until I got the bill.

To be completely honest it would be hard to stay away from dr google. Simply because it doesnt sound like the docs are doing a great job with explaining! It always amazes me that they have a waiting list for these things. is it causing you pain? Oh and the $$ ouch. That does add up!

Yea medical care at the VA is not always that great. fingers crossed that it can be passed off to Hs insurance so I can see a Dr away from there.
As for pain its not constant but it is annoying. Its like a feeling of heaviness and pressure with a bit of fog... If that makes any sense.
I did one of those google image compare things and apparently my lungs look like a brain and binoculars so I did have a little chuckle over it. If I dont get answers soon on this though I will start looking up what a nodule is and what it means to be calcified. lol Yes my medical knowledge is so bad I dont know what either of those means
