If the non-custodial parent moves an hour and a half away, is it the responsibility of the custodial parent to take half the travel? Like meet halfway or non-cust parent picks the child up and then cust parent brings the child home?

State dependent, maybe? Here it's the NCPs responsibility.

It all depends what you two agree on. You can put it in a court order as a "just in case". That is what my ex and I did. My ex and I each had no problem meeting half way so it made this process go by pretty fast.
