Hello Everyone!  

This is my first time posting on thebump my hubby and I found out we are preggo on Father's Day!  Sad to have to wait until mid July to see Dr. and get it confirmed!  But I wanted to introduce myself!  Its hard to keep a secret this big! 

 I'm totally nervous-I mean I love kids and can't wait to have my own-but I'm scared to eat my normal diet and do things I normally would.  I'm second guessing every decision at this point!

Hi! welcome! Just relax adn try to enjoy being pregnant. Honestly you can just about stick to the same diet you had before. Only things I've changed is no more caffiene and I lay off on foods that cause me consitpation or upset my stomach or what not. otherwise i just eat 5-6 small servings a day and thats the healthies thing you can do.
