constipation or cramps

I have had some constipation and cramping. I cannot tell if the cramping is b/c of being constipated or if it is pregnancy cramps. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, I can't really tell a difference either.  I guess if I have went recently, I tend to think cramps.  If I have not, then I think constipation.  Sorry, I'm not any help.

I'm going through the same thing! I can kind of tell when it's constipation, or gas, or when it's cramping. Plus, cramping is ultra normal during pregnancy, so I, personally, try not to worry about cramping unless it's intense.

Same problem here. It can be hard to tell apart sometimes but I feel like the cramping feels way more like period cramps than anything else.
