Just a quick rant/vent I guess....

Ugh! I had to go to L&D today.  The last week or so I've been feeling really faint/dizzy and one of my nurses just told me it's normal at this point in the pregnancy, especially because of my tiny size.  Today, I got the shakes along with the dizziness and fainted, yay me.  Spent a few hours getting monitored and get to take my glucose test early tomorrow (wasn't supposed to schedule until after my appt on July 2). 

I've been doing great on my fluid intake (at minimum I've been getting in 60 oz--which is way up from week 16 where my max intake was maybe 20 on a good day).   I've even been eating 3 average meals and 3 snacks a day--which has also been way healthier!

    That is scary! Did they give you any insight as to what was going on today? Sounds like your blood sugar or BP could be low. Good luck with the test, hope you feel better soon!

    So they gave you no reason other than it's normal? I realize it can be normal but how frustrating. Good luck with your glucose test tomorrow.

    Ick.. hope the test goes well tomorrow.  Dizziness and fainting are no fun!

    Yep pretty much.  His HB looked good and my blood pressure was in the higher normal range.  Checked my cervix quick--all was good there.  I've been having BH like crazy the last few days too.  Was given orders to go home and not do much for a few days and keep my feet up. =( lame sauce

    And I'm sorry but I had to laugh at this "Checked my cervix quick and that felt great too"  I know what you meant but the way it was worded made me giggle. LOL!

     HAHA I didn't even think about that!  Cervix was good.....it hurt like hell though to be checked!!!!!!
