When does a doppler detect HB?

I can't remember from last time when my MW was able to detect a heartbeat using her doppler... I know with my at home doppler it was 12 weeks, but I'm wondering if it's earlier at the OB's office...

Debating whether I should schedule an appointment before or after my 2 week vacation.  Would like to go in for peace of mind, but only if we'll be able to hear a heartbeat, otherwise I'll be worried!  I'll be away on vacation from weeks 10.5-12.5.  I have my NT scan scheduled for right when I get back.

With my first the dr. found it at my 10 week appt.

It was 9 weeks for me.

I found it at 10 weeks with my first with an at home doppler.

I found it at between 10-11 weeks (don't remember anymore) with my home doppler.

This is my third pregnancy and all three times my Dr. has never been able to find the heartbeat at 10 weeks with the doppler, but I've heard typically around 10 weeks you're supposed to be able to hear it.

We did ours at 10 weeks. The dr said that's the earliest that they can usually hear it, but typically you need a full bladder.

I heard mine around 71/2 - 8 wks in the dr. office via vaginal ulrtasound.
