Yep! I have an 11 month old. My sickness is terrible this time around. With DD, I was still working, so I just go home from work and laid down all evening. With this one, I no longer work, so I try to sleep in really late every day, because DD does too. DH gots off work at 3 s I depend on him a lot when he gets home ...my morning sickness is at night, so I'm having to eat something every few hours, and That is the only thing tha has been halfway helping.

Yup. I miss being able to sleep as soon as I get home from work. DH has been excellent on the weekends and when he's home (he works 24 hour shifts each 3rd day) but when it is just DD and I - it's rough.
zofran is what got me through the fog. i work FT and have an almost 2 y/o so it got to the point that i needed something to function. zofran is a miracle drug - some negative side effects (namely constipation) but it works
I invited a mommy friend over for a playdate this morning so I had an excuse to stay in my elastic waisted jammies. There was a solid 2 days where Ds and I watched Mickey Mouse for 2 hrs straight in the afternoons until Dh got home. I haven't cooked dinner in over 4 weeks, no lie... It's been tough, but I'm starting to see a break in the sickness and I'm getting some energy back. GL mama!

I have a two year old, too, and we just moved. I'm taking it a day at a time and relaxing when I need to relax (as much as I can with a toddler). We watch movies and read books sometimes and spend time outside. My m/s is worst in the am, late afternoon, and evening (near my shower) so I just try to work around those times and eat whatever sounds appealing. I'm not cooking dinner either.
Well they put me on zofran but it doesn't give me much relief. I feel like the worlds worst parent bc i can't do anything!!!!! :0( Cooking Dinner? Can't remember the last time that happened.
If you knew how lonely my life has been
And how long I've been so alone
And if you knew how I wanted someone to come along
And change my life the way you've done
So awful this time around!!! No morning sickness with my first so why this time!
I had to go get a prescription for Diclectin and that is the only thing allowing me to function...barely...I'm not much of a mom these days to DD#1 and definitely not much of a wife to DH. I'd like to lie on the couch ALL. DAY. LONG.
Yep I'm pretty miserable. Can't decide if its worse being at work or at home because my MS actually seems to come in the afternoon which is about the time I'd be picking up my daughter. It's rough---I'm just counting down the days until I'm done with first tri. At least its only temporary!
Yep, I feel like a horrible wife and mother. All I want to do is lay around. Cooking and cleaning? Ha! The house is a mess and we haven't had a good home cooked meal in weeks. The funny thing? I hardly had m/s at all when pregnant with DS. I would have much rather have had it the 1st time around than when I have a hyper toddler running around.
With DH I only had about 2 weeks of m/s, and my friends wanted to launch me out a canon. This time around I've been naseous since a couple of days before my BFP. DH has learned to give mommy an extra hour in the morning (he plays in his crib). This way I can try to have a snack before I get out of bed and I can get myself moving. I also try to nap when he does. I've given up on cleaning the house, DH does that when he feels motivated. I don't think DS has a single toy left in his toy box. They are all over the playroom floor instead!
